The story of Ancho Mexican Grill begins in 2013 with the opening of its first restaurant in Chalandri, followed by two more locations in Kifisia and Glyfada.
In July 2022, Ancho Mexican Grill launched its partnership with Pax Hospitality for the further development of its restaurants, with new opening in Agia Irini Square. Two more locations soon followed, at The Mall Athens and Athens International Airport (El. Venizelos).
