OUR STORY

The Xenopoulos family, after a long and successful career in the restaurant industry of New York, decided to invest in Greece. They chose to introduce an innovative brand, which was only the beginning of their journey in the Greek market.

It was in 1997 when the first TGI Fridays opened in Greece. For the first time, Greek consumers were introduced to the American food culture and service. New terms such as “flair” were pioneered, offering a unique and friendly environment.

The brands positivity was warmly welcomed by the guests along with the extroverted style of service. 28 years later, TGI Fridays continues to evolve and grow, enriching its portfolio with various concepts.

N.Negas (CEO of Pax Hospitality), led the opening of the first TGI Fridays in 1997 as Director of Operations, while in 2020, as General Manager, he added the opening of the 10th TGI Fridays in Greece to his achievements. 95% of our senior management and support executives began their careers within the group in positions such as Service, Bar, Hosts and Kitchen, and were developed internally.

Our Group is constantly evolving, developing new ideas, new restaurants & iconic brands. Respecting our values and culture, we have created a different Hospitality Group — one that sets new standards in the industry.
